    • Hard-water scale destroys tank heaters in 8–10 years here vs. 12–15 in softer-water regions. We size for real flow and recommend softeners where the savings justify it.
    • Slab leaks are not rare in 70s-and-80s desert tract construction — copper supply lines bedded in slab corrode where they meet rebar. Electronic detection finds them; we don’t chase by jackhammer.
    • Pool-deck gas runs are long: 45+ feet from meter to heater is normal here. Right-sized line + pressure test + permit, every time.

    Do you handle drain cleaning?

    Light drain clears, yes — toilet, sink, branch lines, and we own a sewer camera for diagnostics. We don’t run a jetter, so heavy main-line clearing isn’t our strongest play — we’ll tell you straight if a specialist is the better call. Where we win is water heaters, leak detection, repipes, filtration, and gas.

    Are you licensed for plumbing in California?

    Yes — CSLB #1001659, classifications include plumbing (C-36). General liability and workers’ comp on every job. We pull every permit a job requires.

    How fast can you get out for a leak?

    Will you give me a quote before any work?

    Yes — written estimate, signed by you, before we turn a wrench. Diagnostic fee for a tech to come out and find the problem; if you approve the repair, the diagnostic typically rolls into the repair cost.
