Call (760) 206-8014

When your water heater fails, you need it handled by a crew that’s done it a thousand times in this valley. Anthem stocks the most common tank and tankless models on our trucks, pulls the permit, and handles the haul-away. We install tank water heaters (40-gal, 50-gal, 75-gal), high-recovery models for large desert homes, and tankless systems sized to your real demand — not a generic recommendation.

Why our water-heater installs hold up in the desert

  • Hard-water aware: we size flow rates and recommend softeners where needed so heat exchangers don’t scale.
  • Permitted & pressure-tested: every install is pulled to permit and signed off by the inspector.
  • Old unit hauled away the same trip — no garage clutter.
  • Manufacturer warranty registered for you so you don’t lose the warranty by missing paperwork.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a water heater install take?

A like-for-like tank replacement usually runs 2–3 hours. A tankless install (or a tank-to-tankless conversion) is typically a half-day; complex conversions with new venting or gas-line work can be a full day.

Is tankless worth it in the desert?

For most homes over 2,000 sq ft, yes. Hard-water mineral content shortens tank heater life here; tankless units with proper softening last 18–22 years vs. 8–12 for a tank.

Will you remove my old water heater?

Yes — standard on every install. Old unit out, new unit in, area cleaned, the same visit.
