Why Cathedral City picks Anthem
- Honest with older tract homes. Most CC homes are 25-50 years old. We don’t push a $20K replacement when a $1,500 repair is the right call.
- Hablamos español. Office staff and most field techs are bilingual — service, quotes, follow-up can all run in Spanish or English.
- Local from PD. 73280 CA-111 in Palm Desert is minutes from most of Cathedral City along Date Palm Dr. and Highway 111.
- Mobile-home capable. Yes, we work on mobile-home HVAC (through-the-wall units, smaller packaged systems) and mobile-home plumbing. Different equipment, different parts — we stock both.
- No after-hours surcharge for Anthem Club members. Non-members pay standard weekend / overnight rates — quoted up front.

Frequently asked questions
¿Hablan español?
Sí — nuestro personal de oficina y la mayoría de los técnicos hablan español. Llame al (760) 206-8014 y pida atención en español.
My AC is 25 years old — should I repair or replace?
Depends on what failed and on the rest of the system. A capacitor or fan motor on a 25-year-old AC is usually worth repairing — you’ll get a few more seasons. A compressor failure on a 25-year-old R-22 system is the conversation where replacement makes sense. We’ll tell you straight before doing either.
Do you work on mobile homes?
Yes — HVAC and plumbing both. Mobile home equipment is different (through-the-wall units, smaller packaged systems, different gas-line code requirements) and we stock the parts that fit.
My plumbing is original 70s galvanized — can you repipe?
Yes — galvanized-to-PEX or galvanized-to-copper repipes are common in older CC neighborhoods. Most homes can be repiped in 2-3 days with minimal disruption.
Do you dispatch from Palm Desert?
Yes — 73280 CA-111 #102-A in PD. Most CC calls reach the home in 15-25 minutes.
