Air Duct Cleaning & Duct Replacement
Coachella Valley · Inspection included with every AC maintenance visit
Two services on one page — the right answer for your ducts
Air Duct Cleaning
Negative-air HEPA vacuum, brush agitation, register and grille cleaning, before/after photo documentation. Sealing accessible leaks at the same visit.
Full Duct Replacement
New flex or rigid metal runs, sized to Manual D, sealed with mastic, R-8 insulation throughout. Typical $5,000–$8,000 for a single-system home.
Free Duct Inspection
Included with every AC tune-up or maintenance visit. Static pressure, leakage test, visual check — we send the report so you can decide.
Honest Assessment
If your ducts don’t need cleaning, we’ll tell you. Our voice on the live site says “don’t fix what ain’t broke” — that stays. We earn the work when it’s the right call.

Better airflow, lower utility bills, cleaner air
Most of the residential duct systems in the Coachella Valley fall into two camps: solid bones with surface buildup (great cleaning candidates), or leaky old runs that need a full rebuild before any cleaning matters.
We test before we recommend — static pressure, smoke test, and a leakage measurement — so you get the answer that matches your house, not a generic sales pitch.

When duct cleaning actually helps
- You’ve completed a renovation or remodel in the past 12 months
- Visible mold growth inside the ducts or at register boots
- Rodent or insect activity in the duct system
- Significant dust or debris (visible on inspection)
- Returning from a long vacancy — especially if HVAC ran without a filter
When REPLACEMENT is the better answer
- Old metal ducts with failing insulation (1970s-1990s desert homes)
- Duct leakage testing shows > 15% loss
- Undersized returns causing high static pressure / short-cycling
- Adding a new system zone or significantly upgrading capacity
- Asbestos-bearing tape (we coordinate abatement first)

Frequently asked questions
Does duct cleaning really improve indoor air quality?
It depends on the system. EPA guidance is clear: routine cleaning is not necessary unless there’s visible buildup, mold, or pest activity. We test before recommending.
How often should ducts be cleaned?
Most homes never need it. If you have allergies, recent renovation dust, or visible buildup, every 3–5 years is reasonable.
Is duct REPLACEMENT noisy / disruptive?
A typical single-system replacement takes 1–2 days. We work zone by zone so the system can keep running at least partially, and we clean up daily.
